Prepare for Course Accreditation

  1. Request the Course Accreditation Matrix. Matrices can be requested by Account Managers via the "Accreditation & Authorization" menu of your icagile.com profile.
  2. Complete the Course Accreditation Matrix. Course designers should use the matrix to map an existing course to it or to guide them in building a new course. Please refer to our tips for developing an engaging course.
  3. Schedule Your Session. All sessions are conducted via Zoom video-conference and include screen sharing, audio, and video. ICAgile will record the session for auditing and archiving purposes. Learn more about scheduling.
  4. Upload Materials. Your session calendar invitation will include a link to a secure folder where you can upload course materials. Please be sure to provide all required and finalized artifacts at least 3 business days prior to the session. Please, do not make changes to the materials once submitted.
  5. Review Rubrics. Please review the course rubric.
  6. Be Prepared to Showcase Your Remote Environment and Tools. Although all sessions are initially scheduled to take place via Zoom, the accreditor will expect to see the design, in the environment in which the course is intended to be taught. Member Organizations must provide access to all remote tools for all session participants and must ensure that all the setup for the course is complete prior to the session.
