Professional Coaching Demonstration Sessions

ICAgile has additional prerequisite requirements for instructors who wish to become authorized to teach Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), Coaching Agile Transformations (ICP-CAT), or Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT). The Coaching Conversations Micro-credential also requires a Coaching Demonstration before being authorized.

Instructors who hold one of the following credentials in professional coaching (must be an active, non-expired credential) may proceed directly to an Instructor Authorization Session:

  • ACC, PCC, MCC and ACTC from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
  • EIA, ESIA, or ITCA from European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)
  • Korea Professional Coach (KPC) or Korea Superior Coach (KSC) from the Korea Coach Association (KCA)
  • ICE-AC or ICE-EC from ICAgile

Instructors who do not hold one of these credentials must successfully complete a one-time Professional Coaching Demonstration Session before attending an ICP-ACC, ICP-CAT, or ICP-ENT Instructor Authorization Session. Learn more about What to Expect and How to Prepare.

The purpose of the session is to demonstrate a) your ability to hold a clean professional coaching conversation that includes each step in the coaching arc (i.e. professional coaching stance), and b) your ability to debrief the conversation with a focus on the learner (i.e. teaching stance).

Important: We will ask that you bring a colleague with a real topic/scenario in mind to serve as your coaching client. Sessions are held in English; if you prefer the coaching demo in a language other than English, please reach out to team@icagile.com for further details.
