ICAgile merges under X2A

Every organization starts from a different place (X).

Every organization is trying to reach a different outcome (A).

There is no one-size-fits-all solution.

X2A meets organizations where they are and activates the specific capabilities they need for the moment they’re in.

That’s why X2A brings three companies together as one ecosystem: ICAgile offers learning and skills, Business Agility Institute delivers research and assessments, and X2A focuses on targeted capability building.

Together, we operate as one integrated ecosystem to unlock your organization’s future-ready DNA.

Some exciting experiments and evolutions are coming soon! If you are interested in providing input and suggestions, please email partnership@icagile.com. Stay tuned for new information, and we’ll keep you informed along the way!

How is my ICAgile Membership impacted by the merger?

No change.

Your ICAgile membership account, benefits, agreements, and processes will remain the same, and no action is required on your part.

We are deeply committed to our members and making sure that we create the most value for you. Over time, you’ll see deeper integration and added value thanks to X2A.

Are Course Accreditations or Instructor Authorizations impacted by the merger?

They are not. Everything continues exactly the way it does today. Same processes, same standards, same approvals. No action is required on your part.

What happens to existing ICAgile certifications?

ICAgile certifications remain valid and unchanged. ICAgile will continue to issue, manage, and uphold certifications using the same standards and governance in place today.

Can I still market my classes as ICAgile-accredited/use the ICAgile brand?

Yes, there are no changes to how you market your classes, or to the ICAgile Find a Class page.
