      Prerequisites to become an authorized instructor

      All candidate instructors must meet the following requirements:

      • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience practicing or coaching in the relevant domain.
      • Can bring multiple perspectives and relate those perspectives to the content through stories and examples from their own experience.
