Set up your personal profile

If you are new to icagile.com, you will receive an email with instructions to set up your icagile.com profile. This email is triggered when your account is created by an ICAgile team member or by an account manager for your organization.

1. Access your ICAgile account by entering your email address. When prompted to enter a password, click the "Forgot Password?" link to set up your account.
2. You’ll receive a verification code by email to confirm ownership of your account. Enter the verification code, then create a new password to complete sign-in.
3. Complete your ICAgile user profile and agree to the Privacy Policy. You will also be asked tell us what country you are located in and select your privacy settings.

Once you've successfully completed your first Instructor Authorization Session, you can then upload a signature image to be used on learner certifications.
