Rescinding certifications & credentials

If a certification or credential is issued to a learner in error (e.g. they were processed on the wrong class, they weren't eligible), contact team@ica-certified.com for help rescinding the certification or credential.. 

ICA is unable to rescind certifications and credentials for any other reason (e.g. non-payment).
