Rescinding certifications

If a certification is issued to a learner in error (e.g. they were processed on the wrong class, they weren't eligible for certification), contact team@icagile.com for help rescinding the certification. 

ICAgile is unable to rescind certifications for any other reason (e.g. non-payment).
