Requesting units by invoice

ICA offers the option of requesting certification and credential units either by credit card payment or by invoice via the Prepaid Units section in your member portal account. These units are automatically added to your balance when you request units, expediting your ability to process student certifications.

 

You can visit your Organization Profile to update the default address on your invoices. Invoices related to prepaid units are due within 30 days of receipt.
