Requesting certification units by invoice

ICAgile has launched a new option to request certification units by invoice via the Certification Units page in your member portal account. These units are automatically added to your balance when you request the invoice, expediting your ability to process student certifications.

You can visit your Organization Profile to update the default billing address on your invoices. Invoices related to prepaid certification units are due within 30 days of receipt.
