Membership Fee

ICAgile’s aim has always been to support your organization through a robust membership model that empowers you to deliver world-class agile learning experiences. To strengthen our commitment to this and provide ongoing, consistent value, we've introduced an annual Membership Fee beginning in January 2025. This change will enable us to invest in new initiatives, expand member benefits, and offer innovative solutions tailored to your needs.

Why The Change? Over the years, ICAgile has applied membership-related fees inconsistently. This new, streamlined approach allows us to continue delivering exceptional support and resources to our Member Organizations.

The 2025 Membership Fee of $750 is due by January 31, 2025. A designated point of contact at your organization will receive an invoice in early December.

Here are some common past scenarios:

  1. If your organization was previously subject to an Annual Support Fee: You may recall that ICAgile has waived the Annual Support Fee in recent years. We’ve now retired this fee as it no longer aligns with our vision for the consortium. Instead, the new Membership Fee comes at a lower overall annual cost, making membership more accessible and beneficial. We’re also exploring thresholds for potential fee waivers based on certain criteria. Stay tuned for updates as they become available.
  2. If your organization recently joined ICAgile: As part of your onboarding process, your agreement included reference to an annual fee. The Membership Fee is designed to deliver consistent, long-term value as your partnership with ICAgile evolves.
