      Maintenance of Instructor Authorizations

      To maintain an instructor authorization with ICAgile, the instructor must:

      • Teach an accredited class at least once (minimum of five students) every 24 months.
      • Keep a 12-month aggregate NPS score of above 30.
      • Uphold ICAgile’s Instructor Code of Conduct.

      Instructors who do not meet the above criteria are subject to revocation of authorization status. ICAgile will keep an open dialogue with Member Organizations when instructors are at risk of not meeting the above criteria.

      Actively delivering classes allows us to keep a pulse on course and instruction quality through the feedback provided by class participants. Member Organizations can visit their Scoreboard and Feedback for more information about their existing ICAgile accredited courses and instructors.
