Maintenance of Instructor Authorizations

To maintain an instructor authorization with ICA, the instructor must:

  • Teach an accredited class at least once (minimum of five students) every 24 months.
  • Keep a 12-month aggregate NPS score of above 30.
  • Uphold ICA's Instructor Code of Conduct.

Instructors who do not meet the above criteria are subject to revocation of authorization status. 

Actively delivering classes allows us to keep a pulse on course and instruction quality through the feedback provided by class participants. Member Organizations can visit their Scoreboard and Feedback for more information about their existing ICA accredited courses and instructors.
