      Maintenance of Course Accreditation

      To maintain a course accredited with ICAgile, it must:

      • Be taught at least once (minimum of five students) every 24 months.
      • Keep a 12-month aggregate NPS score of above 30.
      • Maintain at least one instructor authorization associated with the accredited course.

      Courses that do not meet the above criteria are subject to revocation of accreditation. ICAgile will keep an open dialogue with Member Organizations at risk of not meeting the above criteria.

       

      Actively delivering classes allows us to keep a pulse on course and instruction quality through the feedback provided by class participants. Member Organizations can visit their Scoreboard and Feedback for more information about their existing ICAgile accredited courses and instructors.
