Eligibility
The offering is currently available to all active Member Organizations. No new participants will be added after September 30, 2025 as we assess results from this pilot phase. The official pilot term will conclude on January 31, 2026 however Member Organizations will have uninterrupted delivery though the end of their purchased six month term.

Pricing Models
ICAgile is offering two pricing models in this pilot term. They are –
1. Flat-Fee Subscription
Single Course
USD2500/year → USD1250 for 6 months access
Allows for unlimited course delivery for 6 months after purchase. Must purchase by September 30, 2025 to participate in 6-month trial period.
The micro-credential badge fee of USD 25 per learner applies as you process class rosters.
Ideal For
Providers with a steady training volume who want to scale ICAgile offerings quickly.
2. Pay-Per-Class Licensing Model
Base License Fee: USD1,000/year → $500 for 6 months access
Per Class Delivery Fee
USD300 per class (discounted rate for trial period). Must purchase by September 30, 2025 to participate in 6-month trial period.
The micro-credential badge fee of USD 25 per learner applies as you process class rosters.
Ideal For
Training providers with unpredictable training volume. Testing a new course without a large upfront investment.
