Guaranteed to Run classes

Based on feedback from Member Organizations and learners, we've added a "Guaranteed to Run" status for public classes. This allows Member Organizations to highlight classes that are confirmed to run and also improves the search experience for learners.

The “Guaranteed to Run” flag is a designation that can only be applied to public classes that are confirmed to proceed based on actual, confirmed learner enrollments.
A class may only be marked as GTR if it has reached the critical mass of enrollments required by the provider to confidently guarantee delivery, regardless of last-minute changes. If your internal threshold for running a class is one enrollment, the flag may be used after that enrollment is confirmed—though we encourage providers to aim for a more robust learner experience and note that a class of one is more susceptible to a last minute cancelation.
Do not mark a class as GTR if:
  • There are no confirmed enrollments, or
  • You are relying on expected enrollments that have not yet materialized.
Misuse of the GTR flag may mislead learners and damage community trust. Providers who repeatedly or egregiously violate this guideline may be subject to further action in accordance with ICAgile’s promotion standards.
