Customization, Delivery Expectations, and Certification Process

What You Can (and Can’t) Customize in White Label Content
You May:

• Add your logo, colors, and visual identity
• Replace examples or case studies with your own
• Translate materials to your local language
• Customize slides, visuals, and imagery as long as learning integrity is maintained

You May NOT:

• Remove or change core learning objectives or foundational exercises
• Offer the course without issuing the associated ICAgile certification
• Represent the content as your own intellectual property
• Resell, sublicense, or share the materials with others
• Alter the design in ways that compromise the learner experience or accreditation standards

Certification Process

• All learners who complete the white label course and meet requirements will receive the official ICAgile micro-credential badge via the standard rostering process on icagile.com.
• Badge issuance/certification is required for all deliveries of white label content.
• The Micro-credential badge fee per learner applies.

Delivery Requirements

• Courses must uphold ICAgile’s standards for depth, structure, and learner outcomes.
• While ICAgile will not proactively review your modifications during the pilot, we expect responsible alignment with our learning philosophy.
