Announcing ICA: The Next Chapter for ICAgile
For more than a decade, ICAgile has helped shape the way organizations, learners, and training providers approach professional learning. Together with our global community of Member Organizations, instructors, and learners, we've built one of the world's most respected certification ecosystems.
Beginning September 2026, ICAgile will become the
International Certification Alliance (ICA).
This evolution represents more than a new name. It reflects an expanded vision for professional learning that builds on our agile foundation while introducing new opportunities for learners, organizations, and Member Organizations alike.
Agility remains at the heart of what we do. As the world of work continues to evolve, ICA is expanding to support a broader range of Tomorrow-Ready™ skills while continuing to uphold the rigorous, outcome-based learning standards our community expects. Why ICA?
The workplace is changing rapidly.
Organizations today need professionals who can adapt, collaborate, solve complex problems, lead through change, and work effectively alongside emerging technologies like AI.
While agility remains foundational, today's workforce requires a broader set of skills to thrive. ICA reflects this expanded vision by creating a home for professional learning that continues to honor our agile heritage while growing to meet tomorrow's challenges.
