About Tomorrow-Ready Certifications & Credentials

The ICA Tomorrow-Ready™ catalog is comprised of research-backed skills that help people and organizations adapt, create value, and lead what comes next.

Unlike the Agile certifications, the Tomorrow-Ready™ catalog contains credentials. Each credential you earn along the way becomes part of your SkillPrint™: a living, verified picture of your skills that grows every time you complete a new credential.

As learners accumulate credentials, they can earn certifications. A Tomorrow-Ready™ certification is built from one core credential plus at least two relevant specialized credentials.

These two credential types work together, but they're not interchangeable:

A core credential covers learning objectives focused on the foundational elements and basic competency as the backbone of the certification. Specialized credentials, on the other hand, allow learns the flexibility to explore concepts to deepen expertise in a specific area.

Certifications sit within five broad skill disciplines:

• Influence & Interpersonal Dynamics

• Value Creation

• People Development

Within each discipline, specific certifications exist. Each of those certifications has its own core credential plus a variety of specialized credentials.

To earn a Tomorrow-Ready™ certification, learners must complete the core credential and at least two relevant specialized credentials. Learners can earn the core and specialized credentials in any order. Once the core and at least two relevant specialized credentials are complete, they combine into the full Tomorrow-Ready™ certification.
