Accredited Expert Program Q&A

Question 1: Are you currently accepting new expert program applications?

We are not accepting new program applications. The professional learning landscape is evolving especially at the team level. To stay ahead, we are focusing on developing innovative and other impactful learning solutions allowing us to better serve our customers that align with current market needs and future opportunities. We will continue to support existing expert programs as long as they run.

Question 2: What if I want to offer or have a client interested in the expert program?

Although we are not accrediting new programs, you have the option to collaborate with one of the member organizations that can still offer the program. We understand this may not be ideal and it can also help meet your client needs. Additionally, as we develop new and innovative learning solutions, there may be alternative ways to engage with ICA and your customers that could be even more resonant and impactful.

Question 3: Can we explore other ways to engage with ICA in the meantime?
